These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products through carrishops.com, operated by Nana lab s.r.l. By placing an order you accept these Terms. These Terms are governed by Italian law and applicable EU consumer protection legislation, including Directive 2011/83/EU and the Italian D.Lgs. 206/2005 (Codice del Consumo).
To place an order you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of one of the countries we ship to.
We offer a range of consumer electronics, home appliances, and accessories. Descriptions, images, and prices are for informational purposes and subject to change.
All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
All orders are paid exclusively via Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is made in cash to the courier at delivery. No advance or card payment is accepted.
The contract of sale is concluded when the order is dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
Orders are delivered within 1–2 business days from order confirmation.
Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from receipt. Contact us at info@carrishops.com. Return shipping at your expense unless the product is defective.
All products benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee under EU Directive 1999/44/EC and D.Lgs. 206/2005.
Italian law applies. Disputes are subject to the courts of Turin, Italy. EU ODR: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
